Bloomfield Family Center Remodel

We provided and installed all materials and equipment for the tenant improvements per Bloomfield Schools, phase 2 scope of work. This included all required demolition, temporary protection, sawcut of CMU walls and concrete floors, patch floors, structural framing for second floor storage, subfloor framing, tongue and groove deck, blocking, steel hand/guard rails, wood stairs, and two locking steel gates. It included new concrete entrance and modify existing swale with a cover plate over the drain a the new entrance on the north side. All interior framing for new store area, restrooms and furred walls. Gypsom board, tape, texture and paint as required for new walls (FPR panels to be installed to ceiling heights in new restrooms). We will provide and install new doors, frames, and finish hardware for all new openings (glass in doors as required). Provided and installed steel lintels and angle iron in new CMU openings for doors. Provided and installed VCT floor and base in areas as required. Installed epoxy flooring in first floor storage area. Painted all walls to include new and existing (excluding walls in Phase 1 area). Painted all exposed duct. Also included new electrical rough-in for all new electrical, security, and fire alarm, light fixtures, exit lights, plumbing, shower unit in one restroom toilet accessories, baby changing stations, and mechanical (includes modify and relocate existing duct). This included all design, design fees, permits, wage decision, bonds, and NMGRT.
