Los Lunas High School Swimming Pool Demolition

This project consisted of the demolition & the removal of the existing single story (with basement mechanical room) approx. 4,000 sq. ft Swimming Pool Building. The demo included the Structure, Foundation, Utilities, approx. 6,000 sq ft Outdoor Swimming Pool, Shade Canopies & other site elements. In Preparation for future site improvements, the site was backfilled to the removed foundations to a new finish grade matching approximate elevation to exisiting site to prevent ponding at existing building area.
