Miners Colfax Medical Long Term Care Facility - Courtyard Renovation

Renovation is an alteration of our existing courtyard area and the adjoining building entrances. The project includes altering the courtyard entrance to include an automatic sliding double-door breezeway, improving the entryway exterior, replacing degrading concrete walkway and installing additional walkway features, enclosing the existing exterior patio with skylight roofing and walls, improving the roof gutter drainage system, and construction of a new gazebo structure and outside sitting area.
