Raton Fire Station - Interior Finishes

Provide interior finishes to the already constructed Raton Fire Station.  

Work to include finishing the drywall  totally approx 837 lineal feet of new drywall and 370 lineal feet of existing drywall. 

Install 12 new interior doors and hardware.

Install new electronic access control system at designated doors.

Install new lay-in track and tile ceiling - approx. 2,700 sq ft

Install new flooring - carpet approx 830 sq ft; tile approx 650 sq ft; laminate approx 550 - including wall base.  

Install approx 65 lineal feet of base cabinets and pantries, 38 lineal feet of wall cabinets and 53 lineal feet of granite counter tops.
