Re-Roof Historic Structures # 17 and # 21
Location: Bandelier, NM
The work consists of demolition of existing roofs and related construction; removal of cement stucco and concrete parapet caps, restoration of stone parapets, and reproofing with gravel surfaced modified bitumen roofing. These buildings are considered to be historic structures. Preservation of existing historic fabric, features, and details is of the utmost priority. Removal and replacement of damaged or deteriorated historic fabric and / or features will only be allowed when absolutely necessary, using in-kind materials and details.
