Excavate and drill ground source heat pump wells on site - Install new ground source heat pump hvac system throughout the building - Backfill and compact to owner's asphalt contractor's specifications - Limited exterior concrete near north corner of building - Partial roofing replacement - New roof gutters and downspouts - Replace windows and some exterior doors - Interior remodel - New interior partitions, finishes, cabinets - Plumbing alterations - Power and lighting alterations.
