Bloomfield Family Center Remodel

Provide and install all materials and equipment for the tenant improvments per the scope of work for phase 2 per the Bloomfield Schools. This includes all required demolition, temporary protection, sawcut of CMU walls and concrete floors, patch floors, structural framing for second floor storage, subfloor framing, tounge and groove deck, blocking, steel hand/guard rails, wood stairs, and two locking steel gates. Provide and install new concrete entrance and modify existing swale with a cover plate over the drain a the new entrance on the north side. It includes all interior framing for new store area, restrooms and furred walls. Gypsom board, tape, texture and paint as required for new walls (FPR panels to be installed to ceiling heights in new restrooms). We will provide and install new doors, frames, and finish hardware for all new openings (glass in doors as required). Provide and install steel lintels and angle iron in new CMU openings for doors. Provide and install VCT floor and base in areas as required. Provide and install epoxy flooring in first floor storage area. paint all walls complete to include new and existing (excluding walls in Phase 1 area). Paint all exposed duct complete as required. Also includes new electrical rough-in for all new electrical, secirity, and fire alarm, light fixtures, exit lights, plumbing, shower unit in one restroom toilet accessories, baby changing stations, and mechancial (includes modify and relocate existing duct). this includes all design, design fees, permits, wage decision, bonds, and NMGRT.
